For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products.

Please ensure your selection is final before placing your order. All makeup products sold by Glow Bae are new and sealed. For the safety of our customers, all sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glow.bae@yahoo.com with photos of the issue so we can review your request.
